Don’t always give into cravings but sometimes its good to do so, I know once a month I usually do. Period cravings. I love chocolate, hell I just love sweets in general but most of the time I avoid them and go for the apple instead. But like I said, its also good to eat what you WANT. If you want chocolate but know you will hate yourself after eating that cupcake why not eat some berries with little pieces of chocolate shown in that last picture…also dark chocolate is good for us so you could add that into it.
I was eating really healthy but craving starburst bad! So a week and a half later I still wanted them. I gave in.
Its okay to give into cravings just don’t go overboard!
If you don’t give in you may continuously crave cookies and/or cake, and will eventually give in & possibly may end up overeating because you feel like you ”need” it.
Now I’m not saying give in to every single craving, but if you’re like me and hardly ever eat anything unhealthy it’s okay to do so.
Remember there is a difference between cravings and hunger. Cravings are basically your mind playing tricks on you.
However I just wanted to post this to remind everyone that were all going to screw up but as long as you get back on track you’ll be fine. PORTION CONTROL.
