Just wondering if any former vegans could give me any advice or tips…

I never feel full, which is great because I love not having that bloated feeling.

But have any of you experienced this at first, not feeling full? Also, being a vegetarian for three years I’ve always ate healthy, however I did eat whole grains and carbs and the only way I lost weight was by cutting them out. So I would also like to know what your intake on carbs is? I would really hate it if I started gaining weight :/

Don’t get me wrong I know to eat veggies and fruits and cut back on the whole grain but I am just curious at your approach on things so maybe I can improve
